Currently I am reading: Baghdad Burning: A Visitation of Spirits, by Randall Kenan
Thoughts and Contemplations: So I began reading this book because JD had to write a paper on it, and I thought I could help. But I got lost in this beautiful language. Maybe that has something to do with reading only textbooks for the past 2 months, or the fact that on the plane ride home I attempted “The Notebook” by Nicholas Sparks and died of dialouge boredum. Anyway, this book has great cinematic imagery, as well as great heart, evocative language, and eloquent description.
